2. In Neu Theory, kinetic energy is 2nd law rise energy bound to the mass of an object. This energy is carried by mass but it is not mass. A small amount of mass can carry many times more kinetic energy than the rise energy contained by its spinrise matter. Kinetic energy is directional energy, a vector quantity, that increases with the square of the speed. As 2nd law energy, the speed of an object with mass is always less than the speed of light c. However as the object gets closer and closer to c (but never reaching it), the energy it carries increases exponentially.
