In Neu Theory, a moment is any convenient interval of time, which can be designated to be as brief or long as necessary to illustrate some concept.
In principle, the quantum g-spin of the electron membrane volume is the smallest measurable moment of physical time and represents one tick of the cosmic electron clocks. The relative value of g-spin ticks with other quantum g-spin spin clocks does not change unless there is a change in mass.
