In Neu Theory, quantum spin (qs) is the period of rotation (time of one revolution) of spinrise matter objects that are at absolute density, e.g., neutron cores, proton cores, and electrons. All rotating quantum matter objects of the same physical size will have the same period of rotation, which is set equal to the circumference of the object at the equator divided by the speed of light.
