1. In Current Science, a vacuum is space that is empty of matter. A vacuum can contain energy. Even if all particles of matter were removed from a region of space, there would still be photons present.
2. In Neu Theory, there is no physical concept of a vacuum or void. The closest Neu Theory gets to “nothing” are two topological concepts, “the electron hollow” and “beyond the Zome”.
